Calorie Shifting. Get ready for success. Here are a few things that you will need to know, before you embark on your calorie shifting diet plan.
Mindset- You are far more likely to succeed at anything you do if you have the right mindset for the task. That is especially true for dieting and weight loss. Remember, there’s more to dieting then a single fancy trick – stay away from anything that promises quick gains for a small change, or worse yet, tells you to cut out a whole food group.
