<p>We are all looking for that overnight, fast and easy, weight loss miracle diet system. We all want our mirrors to love us. Does it exist? Not really. But, with the right diet and exercise, you will achieve amazing result fast and easy.</p>
<p>We want result, and we want them now. That&#8217;s why we jump from diet to diet hanging on the empty promises of fast results.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, its not that simple.</p>
<p>However, if you stay focused on your goals, you will be able to get the results you want a lot faster than you thought.</p>
<p>Here are some steps to get you on the road to burning off the pounds.</p>
<p>Here are the simple steps to finally lose those extra pounds; dieting right along with a healthy portion of proper exercise. </p>
<p>Sounds simple, right? </p>
<p>Losing weight might not be that easy, but, it can be simple. As humans we tend to over complicate things. Or worse yet, we tend to not stick with one thing long enough to see if it works.. We are always looking for that next great diet program on the horizon.  Real easy weight loss is possible if you just stick with the basics; Diet and exercise. </p>
<p>An important thing to realize is that, if you don&#8217;t like your diet, if you detest the foods you are eating, you will not stick with your diet. Dieting is a lifestyle change. You must throw out your old habits, and start living for a new day.</p>
<p>The most important thing is to not give up. You didn&#8217;t gain the weight overnight, so it will take some hard work and persistence on your part to achieve your goals. But, achieve them you will. You are making a lifestyle change. You need to throw out the bad habits in exchange for new, healthy, one. Don&#8217;t give up, your new life is yours for the taking.</p>

<p>Losing weight is a goal of many men and women, from all walks of life and of all nationalities. And despite various claims of the manufacturers of diet products, its not easy. It takes determination, and not a little effort. But its not impossible &#8221; anyone can lose weight if they make up their mind.</p>
<p>    It&#8217;s very important to have some sort of regular exercise, even if it&#8217;s just a daily walk. But you can&#8217;t get away from the fact that losing weight means reducing our food intake. If we can accept this fact at the outset, it will make things easier.</p>
<p>      This can be a stumbling block for many people &#8211; we don&#8217;t like giving up the comforts that we enjoy, and of course food is one of these. It will help if we can calmly make the decision and then &#8220;stick to it&#8221;. </p>
<p>  One thing that I find helpful is, to decide on a month and make this month a &#8220;xxxx-free&#8221; month (replace xxxx with the relevant food). This will be a food that you know is contributing to your overweight condition. For me, that would be potatoes. And of course that would include all potato products like chips and french fries. As the month approaches, I am resolved that this food will be set aside for the month. When the first of the month comes, I am &#8220;psyched up&#8221; and ready to go.</p>
<p>     If you can include sugars in your diet, it will be all the more effective. If it is going to be too much of a strain, just concentrate on the main item. You can do a similar number on sugars in another month.</p>
<p>    And when you get to the end of the month, after completing the diet successfully, it will give you the assurance that you can control your eating. Of course, you can just repeat the process for another mont, even a year, and you can address other foods that have been a problem for you. One of the best attributes of a plan like this, is that it&#8217;s a fairly short time frame. Most of us can give up something for the space of a month. It is long enough to give us confidence for overcoming, but not long enough to be extremely difficult. What I like about it is that I can look forward to the end of the month, when, as I tell myself, I can enjoy that food once again.</p>
<p>     And of course I can choose to continue the plan past the end of the month, but the important thing is, my immediate plans are just until the month is over. If I want to continue, it&#8217;s a lot easier than starting from scratch, my confidence is high and I am acccustomed to the routine.</p>

It takes determination, and not a little effort. But its not impossible &#8221; anyone can lose weight if they make up their mind.</p>
<p>    It&#8217;s very important to have some sort of regular exercise, even if it&#8217;s just a daily walk. But you can&#8217;t get away from the fact that losing weight means reducing our food intake. If we can accept this fact at the outset, it will make things easier.</p>
<p>      This can be a traumatic thing for many of us to do, because we get so attached to the food we enjoy, and don&#8217;t want to &#8220;let go&#8221;. What will help is, if we see this as just making a decision, and sticking to it.</p>
<p>    What I have found helpful is, to choose a month and make a decision that it will be a xxxxx-free month (replace xxxxx with the relevant food). What the relevant food is will vary for different people. For me, it is usually potatoes. And yes, that includes potato chips and French fries.        I say to myself, as the first of the month approaches well, theres going to be no potatoes this month and by the first of the month, I am pretty much resigned to the fact and the potatoes are set aside for the month.</p>
<p>     Of course, it will be a more successful diet if we can include sugar-laden foods, or at least sweets and chocolate, but it can be easier to cope with if its just one or two specific food items. Other goodies can be set aside in other months &#8221; its very difficult to give up  everything  at once. </p>

<p>One thing I have noticed while serving as a professional Nutrition specialist, is that most of my customers are amazed when they find out what foods I would recommend for fat burning.</p>
<p>And not only are the foods that I recommend delicious, they are useful in helping to keep weight under control, and they actually help to burn fat. </p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to leave out the obvious ones &#8211; fruit and vegetables. I don&#8217;t want to bore you by mentioning these &#8211; we all know thay they are beneficial. But I would like to take a look a some foods that are not only very tasty, but play a vital part is the fat burning process.</p>
<p>    1. Egg yolks. And yes, I do mean eggs, which you may have heard some negative things about &#8211; how they give you cholesterol and contain fat. Well, they do indeed have cholesterol, but it&#8217;s the good type &#8211; they actually help to keep a good balance with fat. The free-range variety are the best ones to buy, because of their high omega-3 content. </p>
<p>The yolk of an egg is a rich source of vitamins and it also contains various minerals and other trace nutrients. To list them all would require about an extra page. In any case, you can be sure that the yolk of an egg is far superior to the white.</p>
<p>So it&#8217;s OK to continue eating eggs, and enjoy them. That was a great relief to me when I first heard it &#8211; they are one of my favourite foods and I would certainly miss them!</p>
<p>     2. Avocados &#8221; Another example of a so-called fatty food which actually helps in burning fat! And they can be enjoyed with other foods &#8221; they make everything creamier and tastier. And the avocado is packed with healthy fats as well as fiber and antioxidants. They are a good source of vitamins and minerals, and they help to control appetite and release the bodys fat-burning hormones.</p>
<p>        3. Grass-fed beef &#8211; The beef sold in the grocery store is mostly of the grain-fed variety, but this tends to be from less healthy, weaker cattle. You should always insist on getting the grass-fed variety. This is invariably tastier and has a higher ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 than grain-fed. Omega-6 is the one we get far too much of, and the omega-3 type fatty acids are the ones that help in the fight against  bely fat.  </p>
<p>Another important element of grass-fed beef is conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which is a healthy fat. It helps both to build muscle and burn fat. </p>
<p>So go ahead and enjoy that delicious beef &#8221; just watch that its the grass-fed type. It will help you in your attempts to burn fat. You dont need to listen to the claims about beef  being a fatty food &#8221; you know better now.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s a strange concept &#8211; losing weight by eating more, isn&#8217;t it? Flies in the face of just about every notion we have of weight loss, dieting etc. Doesn&#8217;t add up.</p>
<p>   But when you understand how it all works, and how the body deals with the food we give it, it becomes a lot easier to understand. And to believe that it could work.</p>
<p>     There are a lot of false ideas about why we put on weight, why we keep it on, and what we can do to lose it again. And most weight-loss vendors have a poor understanding of the root causes of the body&#8217;s storage of fat.  </p>
<p>  Food has always been seen as the issue for dieters, and how to get by with less of it. But it&#8217;s not correct to say that food is our problem. Neither is eating less the answer.</p>
<p>How many people would believe that you can change your body in 11 days &#8211; losing 9 pounds in the process? Very few &#8211; it would be a radical concept to most.</p>
<p>Yet, this has been achieved and documented. The methods used have been tried and tested, and are being used by people around the world.</p>
<p>In its simplest form, the system is built around the fat that when we eat, out brain produces 2 types of hormones. One of these controls the burning of fat and the other, the storing of fat.</p>
<p>And you can control the production of these hormones by eating certain foods &#8211; you can have more of the fat-burning type produced, and less of the fat-storing type.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a briliant concept &#8211; and the way it&#8217;s controlled is through the food. Certain foods trigger one hormone type or another, and when you follow the correct sequence, it&#8217;s like switching on a light. </p>
<p>  For the system to work, you must eat more than 3 times a day, and eat the correct food using the right pattern. This can be difficult to grasp, but its the critical part of it.</p>
<p>     There&#8217;s no doubt that the system gets results. Probably the most attractive thing about it is the speed it works at &#8211; you see results in days. And it won&#8217;t stress you out.</p>

<p>      Well, its not such a crazy concept and when you understand how the body assimilates food you will have a better understanding of how it works.</p>
<p>   A lot of false notions are flying around, about what&#8217;s a good way to lose weight, why we put it on in the first place, and why it tends to stay on. Popular diet programs have no concept of the basics of how the body stores (and burns) fat.</p>
<p>For dieters, food has always been regarded as the problem, the thing to be avoided. But food is not the problem, and eating less is not the answer.</p>
<p>If you did a survey, very few people would believe that it&#8217;s possible to change your body in 11 days &#8211; by losing 9 pounds of fat. Dieting is regarded as a long, drawn-out affair.</p>
<p>Yet, this has been achieved and documented. The methods used have been tried and tested, and are being used by people around the world.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s a strange concept &#8211; losing weight by eating more, isn&#8217;t it? Flies in the face of just about every notion we have of weight loss, dieting etc. Doesn&#8217;t add up.</p>
<p>   However, once you can see how our bodies process food, and how this is controlled by our brains, the subject gets a lot easier to grasp.</p>
<p>   A lot of false notions are flying around, about what&#8217;s a good way to lose weight, why we put it on in the first place, and why it tends to stay on. Popular diet programs have no concept of the basics of how the body stores (and burns) fat.</p>
<p>For dieters, food has always been regarded as the problem, the thing to be avoided. But food is not the problem, and eating less is not the answer.</p>
<p>How many people would believe that you can change your body in 11 days &#8211; losing 9 pounds in the process? Very few &#8211; it would be a radical concept to most.</p>
<p>However, these figures have been achieved, over and over. These numbers are typical of what you can expect when you start.</p>
<p>To simplify it, the system works because of what happens when we eat. There are 2 types of hormones produced &#8211; a fat-burning type and a fat-storing type.</p>
<p>And you can control the production of these hormones by eating certain foods &#8211; you can have more of the fat-burning type produced, and less of the fat-storing type.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a very clever system &#8211; controlling our fat-processing hormones through food. By eating certain foods (and in the correct order), you can &#8220;signal&#8221; those fat-burning hormones to work for you. </p>
<p>  For the system to work, you must eat more than 3 times a day, and eat the correct food using the right pattern. This can be difficult to grasp, but its the critical part of it.</p>
<p>   Its a very effective dieting system, and it works faster than most systems that are available now. It works better than any low-carb or low-fat diet, and a lot less stressful.</p>

<p>Green tea is a very inexpensive, natural beverage that has many great weight loss benefits. It is a simple addition to your weight loss. It tastes good, so you don&#8217;t have to add the artificial sweeteners, milk or cream. Green tea extract can be used if you don&#8217;t like the taste of green tea.</p>
<p>Research has shown that green tea helps to reduce weight by stimulating the body&#8217;s thermogenesis process, which increases the expenditure of energy and the oxidization of fat in the body. Many compounds found in plants have this effect. The special thing about green tea is that it does not increase the heart rate, and is therefore believed to be safer than diet pills such as ephidrine that also work by stimulating thermogenesis.</p>
<p>A lot of people who are overweight have or are at risk of developing hypertension and other cardiovascular problems, so the fact that green tea does not put pressure on the heart makes it a good choice. Ephidrine is not usually recommended if you are in this group but green tea is considered a safe option. It means that you can gradually increase your exercise levels without increasing your risk of heart problems. </p>
<p>There are only two ways to lose weight: one way is by eating less (consuming fewer calories) and the other is by increasing expenditure of energy (using up more calories). Green tea works by increasing output and this can be by around 4%. Most scientists believe that this is caused by the high quantity of catechin that is in the tea and its extract.</p>
<p>Green tea is a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants have been proven to fight free radicals that fight against our immune system.  By improving our immune system which happens with the regular use of green tea, will assist out bodies in protecting ourselves from diseases.</p>
<p>For people are sensitve to caffiene green tea contains caffiene.  It is also recommended that if one decides to take green tea it would be best to limit other forms of caffiene in their diet, such as other teas, coffee or caffeinated beverages such as pop.  Do not choose caffiene free green tea as the chemical process that occurs to remove the caffiene destroys the benefits from the plant.</p>
<p>Along with the use of green tea to support your weight loss efforts.  It is also important to watch your calorie intake and also try to exercise at least 20 minutes per day.  Green tea will assist by increasing the metabolism and a gradual weight loss will result. To have a greater effect then further restricting calories and increasing exercise will also speed up weight loss.</p>
<p>Green tea is a simple, easy and inexpensive weight control aid that can easily be incorporated into any weight loss program. The choice of tea or extract offers something for everybody. <p>Carbohydrates or &#8220;carbs&#8221;, as most people refer to them these days, are the number one enemy to fat burning in most people&#8217;s diets. While it may seem more logical to limit fat in the diet when trying to get rid of fat, the body&#8217;s biochemical reaction to excess carbs will stop fat burning dead in its tracks. This is often how lose weight programs fail, because the importance of limiting carbohydrates is not stressed enough.</p>
<p>The reason why carbs interfere so much with fat burning and weight loss is because they trigger the release of insulin. You may associate insulin with diabetes and blood sugar, but it is just as important in the body&#8217;s storage of fat. Insulin is an extremely powerful hormone that stimulates fat storage and blocks the ability of the body to burn fat.</p>
<p>When you consume a high carbohydrate meal, the carbs are rapidly digested and absorbed into the bloodstream as glucose, or &#8220;blood sugar&#8221;. Chemical sensors in the body register this rise in blood sugar, and when there is more present than the body needs right away, the pancreas releases insulin, which stimulates the tissues of the body to store the extra blood sugar as glycogen (a quick energy supply stored in the liver and muscles) and fat to be used later. The body&#8217;s capacity for glycogen storage is pretty small compared to the capacity for fat storage, so the more carbs you eat and the higher your blood sugar goes, the more fat you store.</p>
<p>A lot of dieters think that they can get away with eating carbs if they &#8220;make up for it&#8221; with extra exercise. That&#8217;s not the case at all. Although extra exercise will burn more calories, the effects of insulin are so strong, that the calorie burning will not be in the form of fat!</p>
<p>Exercise does stimulate the body to first burn glycogen, and then turn to burning fat once the glycogen is used up &#8211; except when there is high insulin release. In the presence of high insulin, once the glycogen is gone, the insulin blocks the burning of fat and so the body turns to burning the protein of your muscles to produce energy.</p>
<p>Initially, people who are trying to lose weight and continue to eat a lot of carbs may have the illusion that they are burning fat, but in actuality, they are losing water weight and muscle mass. The longer this continues, the harder it becomes to lose weight, because the reduction in muscle mass results in a slower metabolism. The end result is that the person who continues to eat a lot of carbs while trying to lose weight winds up weak and tired and with a higher percentage of body fat than before they began their weight loss program.</p>
