But how would that help you lose weight? How does the way you look upon yourself help with losing actual fat from your body?
I had a hard time believing that too, at first. It took me a long time to accept Laura Fenamore’s method, but finally it just clicked in my head.
It all makes sense now, and science has actually proved this to be true as well. Loving yourself does affect pretty much every physical problem you could think of.
Instead of trying to address a problem like obesity from the outside, like exercises or no-good miracle pills… this program attacks the problem where it’s located – the inside.
Nothing outside your body has a chance to make you fat. Maybe you can admit that, maybe you cannot, but you’ve made yourself fat – from inside.
And it’s from the inside we have to treat the issue.
