1. The first way to put on muscle fast is to increase your testosterone. By doing this, you will increase your strength, your power, and this will lead to you adding more muscles quickly. Some of the ways to increase your testosterone are eat healthy fats (beef, salmon, almonds) and eat black beans, dark green veggies, and avocados.
2. Another way to build muscle mass is to train heavy four days a week. Train two body parts each day. And break up the workout into a training split. This is what I mean. You should train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. That’ll give you Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday off to recover.
3. The third thing you can do that will help you build muscle mass is eat meals that are rich in protein and carbs. You should eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and 2 grams of carbohydrates per pound of bodyweight.
This means if you’re 150 lbs, you should eat at least 150 grams of protein in a day and at least 300 grams of carbs per day. You can do this by eating every two to three hours a day.
